NOTICE:

Dayfoxx Resources is seeking immediate external recruiting vendor partnerships to help us meet the surge in the  IT, Healthcare-Life Sciences, Nursing, and Finance Job Req volume we are experiencing. And we think you can help! 

Question. Are you an independent recruiting firm or staffing agency looking to add decent job req volume? Between jobs? Or looking to supplement what you currently do with an additional side hustle? 

If so, we’d like for you to consider joining our Vendor Program. 

Volume: 5 to 15 new reqs a week. Issued daily. 

Roles are Direct Hire, W-4 Temp-to-Perm, W-4 Contractors, W-9 Consultants.

All you need to do is source the candidate! That’s it! No interview coordination, no shepherding difficult candidates through the pipeline, and no onboarding interaction. Dayfoxx Resources will do all that heavy lifting on your behalf. As well as payroll all non-Direct-Hires.

You control your mark-up, which means you control your own profits! Job reqs are distributed to you with flat rate (for Direct Hires) or a ‘Not-to-Exceed” bill rate (for Temps/Contractors) visible on the req when issued, which presents you with amazing possibilities. 

At Dayfoxx Resources, you can count on us to negotiate terms with clients that allow a fast turnaround on invoices terms! Why is this important? It’s so we can pay your commissions ASAP!

Corp-to-Corp Requirements: IRS Form SS-4 – EIN Assignment, Articles of Operation, Operating Agreement

Corp-to-Corp Insurance Requirements: $250,000 of Commercial/General Liability coverage. Policy current.

Job Req Delivery Method: One Primary Email. Not in scope to send emails to everyone on recruiting teams.
